Stephan Collaro, CFP®, is the Manager of Marketing at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc., where he leads the firm’s marketing strategy and execution across the RMR Wealth platform. His work supports growth across Personal Wealth, Workforce Solutions – Retirement, Workforce Solutions – Employee Benefits, the Public Employee Program, and Institutional Asset Management.
In his role, Stephan partners closely with firm leadership, advisors, and cross-functional teams to translate business priorities into clear, cohesive marketing strategies, campaigns, and systems. His responsibilities span brand positioning, content strategy, advisor marketing support, digital channels, and internal communications, with a focus on consistency, scalability, and long-term brand equity. Stephan also oversees marketing processes and governance to ensure initiatives are aligned, compliant, and implemented effectively across the organization.
As a Wealth Advisor, Stephan works closely with individuals and families who are retired or nearing retirement, helping them navigate financial decisions with clarity, confidence, and intention. His approach is rooted in values-based financial planning, guiding clients to align their money with what matters most to them, whether that’s lifestyle, family, philanthropy, or legacy.
Through thoughtful planning and ongoing guidance, he supports clients in making informed, values-aligned decisions that reflect their long-term goals and provide peace of mind throughout the next chapter of life.
Stephan holds a Master of Science in Financial Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Life Planning from Golden Gate University, where he graduated with honors. His advanced training in psychology, behavioral finance, and coaching techniques gives him a unique ability to help clients not only manage their wealth but also uncover what matters most in their lives. He is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional and earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Saint Peter’s University.
Since starting his career as an intern at RMR Wealth, Stephan has held multiple roles, from Marketing Coordinator to Financial Advisor, before moving into his current position as the Manager of Marketing. Along the way, he has been recognized with RMR Wealth’s Living by Our Values award (2024) and Change Maker Award (2025). As an Eagle Scout, Stephan has long been guided by the principles of service and leadership.
Originally from New Jersey, Stephan now lives in Florida with his wife, Nina, their daughter Olivia, and their two dogs, Harper and Grant. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, traveling, golf, and time at the beach with his family.
