Sierra Egge is the Client Experience Manager at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc., where she leads with a deep commitment to enhancing how clients experience care, connection, and service throughout their financial journey. With over 10 years at RMR Wealth, Sierra has played a central role in shaping the firm’s client-first culture, building the Client Experience department from the ground up and continuously evolving it to meet the needs of a growing and diverse client base.
Sierra began her career at RMR Wealth as a receptionist and steadily advanced through roles in operations, administration, and client review. Along the way, she has led multiple teams, mentored new employees, and spearheaded process improvements that enhance both internal efficiency and the client experience.
What drives Sierra’s work is the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with clients, interactions that feel personal, intentional, and rooted in trust. She believes that great service doesn’t just solve problems; it deepens connections and builds long-term confidence in the financial planning process. In her role, Sierra also collaborates with RMR Wealth's marketing team and presents at the firm’s internal summits and company-wide meetings, providing updates on service enhancements and initiatives.
Sierra holds an Associate’s Degree in Science, and while her academic background isn't directly tied to finance, the analytical and organizational skills she developed early on have contributed to her success in the industry. She has also completed extensive internal training and studied for the SIE and Series 7 exams, building a strong foundation of industry knowledge.
Outside of work, Sierra is passionate about the Arizona Hunter Jumper Association, where she previously served on the Executive Board as a Director and Communications Chair. She has been a lifelong equestrian, currently competing in team roping and hunter jumper events with her horses Titus and Rheia. A proud Arizona native, Sierra enjoys summers at the lake, golfing, and traveling, especially to places like Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
Her red Queensland Heeler dog is her constant companion, and she remains closely connected to her family and two sisters. Through it all, Sierra brings a spirit of integrity, empathy, and commitment to everything she does, qualities that clients and colleagues alike appreciate in their work with her.
