Ryan Goudie, CFP®, CRPS®, CPFA®

Ryan is an experienced Financial Planner who works with the firm’s advisors and clients to deliver customized retirement planning solutions unique to their specific goals and objectives. Ryan is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional and leads an experienced team of financial professionals that work with each client to develop strategies and recommend personalized solutions designed to accumulate, protect, and transfer wealth. Ryan began working with RMR in 2019 and has been in wealth management since 2016. He also holds the professional designations of a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS®) and a Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA®).

As Vice President, Lead Retirement Plan Advisor Ryan’s role broadens within the firm to not only be a Retirement Plan Specialist & Retirement Plan Advisor, but to also to oversees RMR Wealth’s Workforce Solutions – Retirement Operations team. This team focuses solely on company-qualified retirement plans, such as 401(k) and pension plans. Their mission is to educate and lessen the financial impact on employers whose employees are not on track to retire, and to work with plan participants to make sure they save enough to enjoy a successful and dignified retirement.

Ryan currently resides in Montclair, NJ but was born and raised down the road in Nutley, NJ.  Ryan earned his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in 2016 and actively serves on the board of directors for their New Jersey Alumni Association chapter. As a result, Ryan is also a very avid Penn State football fan and frequently returns to State College to cheer on the Lions.
