Nicholas LaVerghetta, CFA

Nicholas LaVerghetta, CFA, is a Trading & Reporting Specialist at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc., where he supports the firm’s advisors and clients through precise trade execution, performance reporting, and operational support. Known for his attention to detail and commitment to accuracy, Nicholas plays a key role in ensuring that trading and reporting processes run efficiently and seamlessly across the firm.

Before joining RMR Wealth in 2022, Nicholas gained early exposure to the financial industry by interning with his father, which sparked his passion for wealth management and investment strategy. While earning his degree from Fairfield University, he was one of eight students selected to represent the school at the Rotman International Trading Competition, where he competed against more than 50 universities worldwide and placed in the top 10 overall and top 3 in key trading simulations.

Nicholas is a Chartered Financial Analyst® Charterholder. The CFA® Charter is a globally recognized designation that attests to success in a rigorous and comprehensive study program in the investment management and research industry and a commitment to ethical conduct. As a CFA Charterholder, he is held to a standard of loyalty, prudence, and care in all interactions with our clients and must act for the benefit of our clients and place our clients’ interests above his own.

Nicholas earned his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fairfield University, graduating Summa Cum Laude and achieving Dean’s List honors each semester. Originally from Mahwah, New Jersey, he now resides in Morristown, NJ. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports and spending summer days at the Jersey Shore with his family.
