Kylee Irwin is a Compliance & Operations Specialist at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc., where she supports the firm’s compliance processes and operational initiatives with a focus on organization, accuracy, and collaboration. In her role, Kylee works across departments to help maintain strong internal procedures and support the firm’s commitment to regulatory standards.
Kylee brings six years of experience in operations, regulatory oversight, and systems implementation. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a focus in Public Health from Northern Arizona University, she began her career in the healthcare field before transitioning into legal and regulatory compliance. Her background brings a thoughtful, process-driven perspective to RMR Wealth’s Compliance & Operations team, along with a strong appreciation for organization, teamwork, and lifelong learning.
Kylee finds compliance especially rewarding because it requires continuous learning, strong relationships, and a deep understanding of how different parts of an organization work together. She values accountability, empathy, positive relationships, and a team-first mindset, and she strives to be someone colleagues can depend on.
When she’s not working, Kylee makes the most of the Arizona sunshine by hitting the golf course or the lake. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and watching the Red Sox. Above all, she is devoted friend and family member, as well as an identical twin.
