Joshua Mondschein, C(k)P®

Joshua Mondschein, C(k)P®, is the Director of Workforce Solutions – Employee Benefits at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc. An industry veteran since 1989, Joshua brings more than three decades of experience helping organizations design, implement, and optimize benefits programs that support both their employees and their bottom line.

At RMR, Joshua leads efforts across a broad range of practice areas, including employee and voluntary benefits, such as healthcare, pharmacy, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as retirement plan advisory and fiduciary services for both qualified and non-qualified plans. He also provides guidance on workforce technology, PEO, and outsourcing solutions, helping organizations navigate everything from evaluation and configuration to implementation and adoption. His expertise extends to compliance and governance, ensuring that every solution is aligned with regulatory requirements while meeting organizational goals.

In addition to his work at RMR, Joshua serves as Director of the William H. Kearns Foundation, a nonprofit providing grants to the arts, medical research, and children’s education. This role reflects his ongoing commitment to giving back and supporting initiatives that create long-term impact in the community.

A New York native, Joshua earned dual degrees in Economics and Sociology from Washington University in St. Louis. Outside of work, he enjoys crushing it in his workouts/training, sailing his racing catamaran in Sandy Hook and Lower New York Bays, Broadway and off-Broadway theater and musicals, opera, ballet, dance, and music of all types and genres, and spending quality time with his family.
