John Horvath is a Senior Benefits Advisor at RMR Wealth Builders, Inc., where he works with organizations to develop and implement comprehensive Total Rewards strategies that align with their broader business objectives. RMR’s Workforce Solutions team advises organizations across a full spectrum of needs, including employee benefits, compensation, retirement plans, compliance, risk management, and human capital management (HCM) technology.

As part of RMR’s Workforce Solutions - benefits team, John utilizes innovative employee benefits and HR technology to help organizations design modern Total Rewards programs that are cost-effective and align with their unique culture & demographics. His approach is rooted in helping businesses create integrated, forward-thinking solutions that support both organizational performance and employee well-being.

With over seven years of experience in human capital management and business consulting, John brings a relationship-driven and strategic mindset to his work. He has partnered with organizations across a variety of industries, including sports, merchandising, venture capital, and technology, helping leadership teams assess their current structure and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, competitiveness, and employee experience. His work often includes guiding companies through complex decisions such as benefits optimization, PEO transitions, and broader workforce strategy.

John is known for his ability to build meaningful relationships with business leaders and serve as a trusted advisor in helping them strengthen their organizations. His philosophy is simple: focus on taking care of others first. By understanding the needs of both the business and its employees, he helps develop solutions that drive long-term success for both.

Throughout his career, John has been recognized for his contributions in the HCM space. He is also a licensed Group Health Insurance Broker in multiple states, allowing him to support clients across the country with informed, practical guidance.

Outside of work, John enjoys golfing, traveling, grilling, and spending time with his family. He is also a strong advocate for cancer research and breast cancer awareness initiatives. Originally from the East Coast, he remains a passionate supporter of his hometown sports teams. Based in both Scottsdale, AZ, and Montclair, NJ, John serves clients, on-site and remotely, throughout the United States.
