Life Stage Planning

Planning That Evolves With Your Life

Each stage of life brings new opportunities, risks, and decisions. A comprehensive financial plan should evolve as your life evolves.

Why Life Stage Planning Matters

Financial priorities change over time. What matters at 25 may look very different at 55, and the decisions made along the way can compound over time.

Financial priorities evolve as careers, families, income, and goals change.
Small decisions can have a meaningful long-term impact.
Planning can help reduce stress and avoid reactive decision-making.
Most financial mistakes do not happen from bad investments alone. They often happen from a lack of planning around major life transitions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions before you get started?

Here are a few answers to help you understand how our one-time planning engagements work.

How do I know which option is right for me?

You don't have to decide on your own. During your complimentary 15-minute Initial Conversation, we'll learn more about your goals, answer your questions, and help determine which planning option, if any, is the best fit for your needs.

Do I have to become an ongoing client?

No. Our Financial Roadmap and Complete Financial Strategy are designed as standalone planning services with a defined beginning and end. If you later decide you'd like an ongoing advisory relationship, that's always an option, but it's never an expectation.

What if I'm not sure I need financial planning?

That's exactly what the Initial Conversation is for. We'll discuss what you're hoping to accomplish and help determine whether one of our planning services would provide meaningful value. If it isn't the right fit, we'll tell you.

Will I receive personalized recommendations?

Yes. Every planning service includes recommendations tailored to your financial situation, goals, and priorities. The depth and scope of those recommendations depend on the planning option that's right for you.

Is there a minimum investment or asset requirement?

No. These planning services are available regardless of whether you're looking for investment management or an ongoing advisory relationship.

Can you help even if my investments are managed somewhere else?

Absolutely. Our planning services are designed to provide objective financial guidance, regardless of where your investment accounts are held.

What happens after my planning service is complete?

Once your planning service is complete, you'll receive the agreed-upon deliverables, digital access to your financial dashboard, along with any follow-up support included with your selected option. If you'd like ongoing guidance in the future, we'll discuss whether an Ongoing Planning Partnership is appropriate for your needs.

What kinds of financial questions can you help me with?

Whether you're wondering if you're saving enough for retirement, trying to make sense of multiple financial priorities, preparing for a major life event, or simply looking for greater confidence in your financial decisions, we're here to help. Every planning engagement is tailored to your unique goals and circumstances, and if you're not sure where to start, we'll help you determine the approach that fits your needs.

How is pricing determined?

The Financial Roadmap and Coordinated Financial Strategy engagements are a one-time fee for the scope of work agreed upon. Most clients pay the starting price listed for their selected planning option.

Because every financial situation is unique, pricing may vary if you request additional planning needs that expand the scope of work. Before you decide to move forward, we'll review the recommended scope of work, explain exactly what's included, and provide transparent pricing.

Is investment management included in the cost of a planning service?

No. Investment management is not included in the fee for our Financial Roadmap or Complete Financial Strategy services. These are one-time planning services designed to provide personalized guidance and recommendations.

If you're interested in professional investment management, it's available as a separate ongoing service and is typically billed as an annual percentage of assets under management.
