Derek entered the corporate benefits industry immediately after graduating from the University of Hartford in 2003 with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Finance. Derek completed his Master’s of Art in Cultural Studies, with a specialization in Trans-Atlantic Studies from Jagiellonian University in 2015.
