Adam provides comprehensive financial planning and wealth management strategies designed to help individuals and families protect and grow their wealth across generations. His approach blends a deep understanding of investment planning, portfolio allocation, and retirement and estate planning with advanced tax-efficient and risk-mitigation strategies.
Adam began his career as an attorney, practicing law in both private and corporate settings. His experience includes advising on compliance, regulatory, and securities law matters at Morgan Stanley, defending clients in federal criminal investigations focused on securities and tax issues, and serving as Legal and Compliance Counsel at a hedge fund. These roles provided him with a deep understanding of the complex legal and regulatory landscape that shapes financial decision-making.
Since transitioning to wealth management in 2018, Adam has leveraged this foundation to guide individuals and families through every facet of financial planning. His disciplined approach emphasizes investment planning, portfolio allocation, retirement and estate planning, and advanced tax-efficient and risk-mitigation strategies. By combining legal insight with financial expertise, Adam helps clients preserve their current lifestyle while preparing for long-term goals and multi-generational wealth transfer.

Adam earned his B.A. from Bucknell University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He holds a Series 66 securities license and is admitted to the Bars of New York and New Jersey, as well as the federal courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the U.S. Tax Court.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys traveling, golfing, playing tennis, skiing, and spending quality time with his family.
