Last week, the RMR Wealth team came together for two dynamic days of growth, education, and collaboration at the 2025 Build & Advance Summit.
From impactful firm updates to thought-provoking presentations on personal wealth and emerging trends like AI, the event was designed to help our advisors sharpen their skills and better serve their clients. Attendees heard from industry experts who shared practical insights on high-performance communication, mental agility, and the evolving financial landscape.
The Summit also featured networking opportunities, sponsor-led breakout sessions, and an evening rooftop reception with beautiful views of the city.
Shifting Gears: Giving Back Through Bikes
One of the most meaningful highlights of the Summit was a philanthropic activity that gave back in a big way. Our team assembled brand-new bikes that were donated directly to Middle Earth, a local nonprofit supporting youth development. These bikes will be used as part of Middle Earth’s youth programs, helping students access opportunity, build confidence, and enjoy the freedom of movement that so many of us remember from our own childhoods.
This initiative was a powerful reminder that growth isn’t just about numbers; it’s about making a difference. By giving our time and energy to support an organization aligned with our values, we strengthened our culture and created an impact far beyond the summit.
